Unbearable smell emanating from disposal bins

Numerous complaints raised with Pick 'n Pay about the stench emanating from the disposal bins at the back of their premises. Several letters and e-mails sent in an attempt to address the situation without success. Practice of allowing food and other disposed goods to pile up in the courtyard of the Pick 'n Pay store remains unchanged, leading to unbearable stench due to rotting and unquestionably unhygienic conditions due to rodents. Same area is used to deliver goods.
First formal correspondence in July 2013 to Chris Mawhinney and Warren van Deventer, followed with images of the area.
Summer is back in full swing which causes situation to gets worse.
