Coca-Cola Zero: Seal

I recently purchased a case of coke zero and have found that the entire batch of 500ml bottles are:
- Either leak (due to a problem with the caps not sealing properly), even before the seal is broken; or
- Have no gas (carbonation) left, once again this is prior to the seal being broken.

I thought i would be a responsible consumer and inform them of this. I at least expected an answer or explanation when i emailed them on 29/10/13, not only the batch number but pictures as well.
I have had no response whatsoever.

I am dissappointed in their product and on top of their customer relations.

Their customer satisfaction means nothing to them!
