INCOMPLETE TAX FILING AND REFUSAL TO REFUND

I had a SARS issue earlier this year, I found out about in June of this year, my manager put me onto his Tax Consultant Denise Johansen, I sent her all relevant docs to submit and rectify the issue and paid her over a thousand rand for her services in July.By 18 Oct, she had not yet submitted any docs and I was receiving penalties the entire time. Eventually I went in to SARS and sorted it all out. She agreed on the 9th of Oct to refund the money I paid stating she had a full time job and could only pay at the end of the month, today she tells me she lost her job on the 4th of Oct and does not have the money. Her delays have cost me time and money, not only in penalties but in unpaid leave to go to SARS to rectify the situation. Her attitude in delaying and not giving feedback during the entire 4 months and her conduct is unprofessional. It is going to now cost me even more money to fight to get my money back as I do not have legal insurance. This was the first time I ever dealt with a tax practitioner and I'm sorry to say my experience has been rather disappointing to say the least.
