I entered the Triple Treat Festival Competition by submitting 3 codes in August, i received an sms with a code saying ive won. Its almost November and no one has contacted me, whenever i call the Customer Careline, they ask me to leave my number and that they are experiencing a backlog-REALLY??? I wonder how many customers have been deceived like me?
