Strawberry jam so runny its unspreadable

HI, i bought lot of tins of strawberry jam housebrand and they are all so runny that you can not even spread it on bread it just runs everywhere, how can this bad quality stock be accepted and tinned? we pay our hard earned money for this, and when we get home this is the terrible quality we are now stuck with?
