Health and safety breach of food items

See attached copy of email sent to Spar in Ballito on the 06 December. I am disappointed that no one has responded to me indicating whether any action has been taken!

Greetings, The Renkan Brothers,

I live in Ballito and am a frequent shopper at your LifestyleSpar. I think it is appropiate to bring this to your attention. On weekdays I pop into your store for the usual milk and bread- usually after 5pm. A couple of days ago, I did the same but thought about purchasing some icecream. As I walked over to the section, I observed a well dressed lady proceed to break the seal of the tubs of 2litre icecreams (at the time - there were 3 tubs already opened), open the container and stick her fingers inside. I was horrified. At first I looked for one of the Spar attendants to address- no one was within earshot.
I decided to intervene - walked over and pointed out to her that she was contaminating the goods and presenting a health risk to customers and putting the store the store for at risk for health and safet
