Lack of security within store that lead to

A very unruly and dissatisfactory incident happened on Saturday 12/10 afternoon in Legit store, Greenstone Mall. My cellphone was pickpocketed out of my bag whilst the store cash register attendee distracted me in a very suspicious manner (all this going on while the is opening my bag) she very leisurely tells me that my bag is open (this being after the has opened my bag and ran) She refused to point out the and casually walked back to the tills. After pestering her for the identity of the, she hesitated in telling us if it were a male or female.
I made a scene in the store, panicking and asking people if they have seen my phone or saw the theif. I asked a lady to use her phone to try and dial my number. It was absolutely appalling to see your security on duty act as if she was off duty -she watched while leaning against the clothing rails-
I panicked and ran out of the shop, running down the mall passage way, in haste I was still holding a shoe from the store- the security pillars at the door don't event work! Your security watch is pathetic as I could have easily that shoe (or anything else for that matter) Security/CCTV were not working either!
