Being threatened to be blacklisted for 1999 Acc

Dear Sir/Madam, I am flabbergasted that I'm being threatened by your law office about the account that was opened in 1999. It has been 14 years without any communication from your side and last month just because I checked myself at ITC, I was than contacted after that. If I owed you, why only contacting me now? I haven't changed my residence as well as the contact number is still the same.
If you do not clear this asap, I will take it up and make sure I humiliate Edgars, I believe you don't want that.
