6 days now and still no call for guaranteed gifts

I purchased 2 OMO liquids last weekend. Got home (Saturday) and did all the steps on both the bottles as per your instructions and was informed that a consultant will phone me in 48 hours. Its now 6 days later and no phone call. This could have been such a good experience and now you ruined it by not keeping up your side of the so called guaranteed gift. Why does one have to complain in the new South Africa before something will happen? I've requested 2 meals. Please get someone to give me the actual call to make arrangements.
