Philips Shaver sent in for repairs 6 weeks ago

Good day i sent in my Philips shaver for repairs through the clicks branch and I have still not received my item back. this has been more then 6 weeks ago. My shaver is still under the one year warranty and i cannot understand why this is taking so long.
