Exceptional service

We managed to leave a trolley full of beers and soft drinks behind at the Makro Liquor Store in Ottery. We only realised this once we got home and unpacked the car. After a bit panicking on our side when we realised that the store was already closed for the day we decided to phone the main store the following day (Sunday). We managed to get in touch with Brian (floor manager at the liquor outlet) who immediately assured us that he had our goods and that they could be collected on Monday. Not only was his attitude professional and friendly, he also put us at ease with the efficiency in which he dealt with our mishap! A huge thank you to Brian - he truly upholds the ideals and customer service that one wishes to receive. Many thanks from a relived wedding couple
