I bought a dress for R399 wore it once washed it once it was tearing and was fading on the arms. I was not happy. I thought Woolworths was the best quality. They said I can't return it without a slip. They said that they still need to take it to the headmasters office in Johannesburg and it will take them 4 weeks for it to be tested
