Jeep we are yes for selling and NO for custome

As a big Jeep supporter, I am done with them!! Bought shirt at their store 2 months later its falling apart. Returned it to store manager said I am suppose to keep tags of clothing ...!! And very arrogantly Marcus said he can't help me as its not on shelve anymore. Later he said he checked on system and no one bought that size shirt there for 2 months, what a joke because I did buy it there. But a day before it was still on shelve?? But that's nothing Marcus said I must phone Jade at head office guess what I it's more than a week I left messages for him to return my call but... Nothing!! Ladies at head office keep on promising he will phone .. Also nothing!! One thing they keep on telling me is I need to know he is very busy and I must wait!!! They are so clever! If Jeep has at least one capable person working there can u contact me, if not dont worry because that's your kind of service that you offer!! Just a tip drop your arrogance you are not untouchable!!! Get capable people to work for you not!!!
