Still no joy!!

With regards to the non-receipt of pre-ordered "Build a McLaren" magazines, I was emailled by Edcon Customer Experience Team on 30th September (Ref: 2309130008/GO) and contacted on that same day to say that the next time we went into CNA, Walmer Park the outstanding magazines would be there for collection. Suffice to say that we did go in on Saturday 5th October and still no Number 70 has arrived. I must re-iterate again that we have absolutely no complaints about the dealing of this matter by the staff at Walmer Park - they have been very helpful and professional. These magazines come from Jo'burg distribution centre. This is absolutely unacceptable and if CNA, Jo'burg has problems fulfilling these types of orders then they shouldn't sell them. When or when will we receive the outstanding No. 70 of this collection??? By the way, we don't want anymore phone calls from Edcon with a load of drivel - just what we have ordered.
