Saved me from Incompetent employees

I received a call from Edgars stating i owe them money R1100 this after i have told them that i had evidence of closing my account almost 2 years ago! I took my only off day and went into the Kollonade branch where i was on my way to meet another incompetent fool. I sat down calmly and stated my case after which the *I.F wanted me to go to the police station then come back then fill out a form after i had told her that i have one off day per week and i am here to spend it with my family, adamant she was! I could not hold my patience anymore I demanded to speak to her manager. *I.F went and called her manager *Joseph "Superman" Mabena, I told him my case and he gave me a form to complete and said that he will personally follow up on this matter and i did not have to go to the police station. I gave him my details and in less than a week Edcon got back to me notifying me that my account was finally terminated. Humble Joseph. if you find this message. I want you to know you may sleep well tonight as you my friend are hard to find in this country! your service was exceptional and i commend you. Thank you once more.
