Twizza
Twizza cola tasted off

I purchased a 12 pack of twizza cola from a store in Bloemfontein and found that the contents of multiple bottles tasted very weird, like soap maybe. I contacted customer service in Queenstown and spoke to Bridget who told me that a representative would contact me to collect my purchase. This I have done more than once and yet it has been months and haven't heard anything since. I also sent an email to customer service but apparently the email address does not exist.

I have purchased Twizza for years now and I am very disappointed with this service.
