Ad attitude would be a compliment

I am absolutely furious with the attitude that Freddy at Mr Price home in Eastgate displayed when my friend was returning items. I arrived halfway through her interaction at the till. Freddy was refusing to even speak to her. When i asked what the issue was he refused to even answer me. Just stared in silence. Eventually when i asked his name, he pointed to his badge. I asked again what the issue was and he told me to ask my friend as i am not the customer. Is this how a person is treated? I am so angry
