Never Step into Clicks Rosebank Clinic

When I arrived, the door was open, with the computer unlocked and debris all over the hospital bed. When the Nurse got in she asked me what I needed help with and I told her I was her for a health assessment. She then asked "what health assessment, there are many". I told her the medical aid I was part of to which she replied she didn't know which health assessments that covered. She then left me in the same room while she proceed to call multiple other nurses while I signed a form, she gave me a board to press on which has blood stains on it. After jotting down some notes, she then proceeds to do the tests on me, not explaining anything. I tell her I would like to understand what she is doing and find her execution extremely unprofessional. She tells me that she has only been there for 4 days as if that makes it OK. She takes my blood pressure 3 times because the first two are too low. Takes my blood without verifying the needle is not open and she does not wear gloves. She throws a couple of numbers at me and says the results are fine and she will capture this later (everything is scribbled down on a piece of paper). On my way out she did apologise but it was far too late.
