My store card doesn't work only in the Westgate Mall TFG groups stores, but in other malls and areas in works perfectly fine. Was at Sportscene and one of the ladies there called their Head Office customer care, they did not help me as they too did not know what's wrong, they suggested that I get a replacement card but at a cost of R50 which will be billed on my account, but I do not get why I should pay for logistic errors on their side, only in Westage Mall is my card not working, but any were else other than Westgate Mall my card is working without and hustles and problems, this is really annoying, and the other thing that really got to me is that when I went to the Markham store there one of the ladies there was very unprofessional, she wasn't even willing to assist, was impatient and very rude, did not even want to call customer care as she said the card wasn't taken out at Markham and that I should go to Sportscene as my card is with them, like really now? Isn't Markham part of the Foschini Group? or what for purposes of doing admin and assisting then each store does it's own work? I am really disappointed with the service of the TFG group and it's employees
