I purchased a pair of jeans which I am still paying for as it is on account. While at work the jeans due to poor manufacturing quality ripped at the back leaving a huge opening that was rather embarrassing as I was at work. I went back to Jet to get the jeans returned. The lady that attended to me didn't want help as I didn't have a receipt. After me refusing to leave. She then took the card and came back after half an hour with the receipt. I then waited another 15mins. The manager didn't want to hear what happened laughed at me saying " I can't believe you want us to return this ". He didn't even look at the jeans which was with the security guard. I told him that I was very unhappy with the service I received. He said that should I wish to close my account I should come in and they will do it with just one phone call. If this is the kind of service that, that store is going to provide Edcon is going to loose a lot of customers. I will pay what I owe on my account and as soon as that is done. I will close it.
