48 hours and waiting

I bought an OMO washing liquid bottle recently with the red competition tag on promoting the guaranteed prize. I followed the sms steps and chose the prize I wanted which was the meal from CTFM. I received a response informing me that I would receive a call within 48 hours and then on Monday morning I received an SMS informing me that someone would call me shortly. It is now Wednesday and no one has tried to call me. I'd be happy with an email with the voucher as well but please, do not promise something to so many people and not follow up on that promise. I see that I am not the only person having the same problem with this promotion. I'd appreciate a response please.
