Fantastic Service

I had to phone the legal SETA for some information and I received the most fantastic service from both of the above mentioned people. They were exceptionally well informed, articulate and helpful. If the rest of the service industry were this well trained and informed, this country would be amazing. They both need to get some form of recognition from their employer.
