OTA Query

I subscribed for Jet Discounted Airtime some time in June 2013. In August they blocked my phone I could`nt make calls, I called MTN and they said I`m on Neshua Contract to recieve R50 airtime which I never got. I was given 0860 332 244 to call which I did they promised to call me back in 24/48 hours but they never called. Now I dont even have BIS for my phone, I cant recieve emails. I want to CANCEL now because of this BAD SERVICE
