I would like to commend Nasreen (an accounts manager) from Edgars greenacres Port Elizabeth on her outstanding service in resolving an anomalous issue with my account within a few hours. I have been to 3 different Edgars across the country with this problem and she took it upon herself to resolve it the same day. I have tried to resolve this problem over a period of 2 weeks and she resolved it in a few hours.
