Pick 'n Pay
Poor customer care and bad attitudes

Its an every day story, that there is a que at the cigerette counter, there is never a cashier to help us, and when there is, they are so rude and sloppy,
On the 2nd of september 201, we were once again queing with no help, we stood for about 15 min before any of us were helped, and when I tried to talk to the manager, he couldn't even look at me, he is never in the shop, and I know this because I work in ilanga mall, and I go regularly to pick n pay,

I don't know how to sort this outznand its making a lot of people's lives difficult, we really don't wanna spend half our lunch at the pick n pay counters
