Bad service causes me to get a written warning

3 Weeks ago I was sent on a run around for my deffective Asus Taichi, due to this I'd missed out on my 6 month credit. Incredible Connection refused to take responsibility for bad service & continuously sent me home with the same deffective machine instead of booking it in. The Gateway branch refused to look for my invoice, the Pavilion branch did the same & went further to tell me that my laptop was not under warranty. Eventually my machine was booked in but returned to me in the same condition. So I sent it back in. My job revolves around my computer. Finally, on Friday after sending many emails back and forth to IC I was given a credit. I asked to be given a Mac & they said that the one I wanted was only available in Jhb. They told me it would be couriered by Monday, when I called today they said I will only get it on Wed. I went to Gateway IC and asked for another mac coz I needed a computer ASAP.When I went to get the mac they were giving me the same one i'd asked for on Fri! They said it was for another customer but I could have it & refused to give me the new one which was cheaper, for my exact credit. I still don't have a pc & I now have a written warning based on performance.
