Idiculous long queues

I understand its month end and obviously the stores a re full, which is even more reason why you need to open more tills to assist customers more efficiently. How can the other tills from elements and jewellery not help out during peak hours, its really disturbing for all of us to be stuck in one queue that hardly even moves when other tills are there but we can't use them. I only wanted to buy one item but I ended up leaving becase of the long wait, I mean why should it matter where I'm paying coz money is coming to Truworths regardless from which till was used. Please give us the serviice we deserve, the money we pay for your goods deserves better service than what you giving us.
