Stinking customer service

On 19 August 2013 i went to the shop to simply buy a cellphone since my old one broke. i ended up spending about 3-4 hours in the shop due to the staff incopitance. They are rude and dont know how to talk to customers. i wanted to use my edgars account but ended up being treated like a criminal who my own card due to the fact that their system was not updated with my recent details. i was with my 2 year old who started becoming restless due to hunger but they refused to allow me out of the shop to buy her food! as if i from them. one of the staff even called security on me claiming that im running away! im so disgusted and humiliated by the treatment! i did forward a complaint to the head office but all i got was an apology and still no feedback on the matter..
i will never go to that shop again!!!
