So Verimark makes these products where they are the sole supplier. So i spent R5000 on a Big Green Clean Machine, and now its broken on the plastic cover where the pipe goes in, and no, they no longer keep stock parts as it's an old machine. they are the only supplier, so you cant find it anywhere else. So i have a fully functioning machine that needs a new top cover, but i cant use it coz they no longer keep the parts. and somehow they expect me to buy ANYTHING from them, just in case they dont move on to the next best thing and decide to no longer keep spares. wow. lesson learnt, moved on, and if i were you i wouldnt touch them ever again either.
