I would like to thank all the ladies at Sterns Vaal Mall for the friendly service I received. I took my Calvin Klein watch there to have the glass repaired.

Even though I did not purchase the watch from them and did not have any receipts/guarantees with me, they were very helpful and contacted the CK suppliers and couriered my watched there immediately to be repaired.

They contacted me promptly when the watch was ready to be collected. They also did not charge me anything.

I am definitely a repeat customer!
