Most Disgusting Attitude or??

My wife & I had the most unpleasant experience at the Westwood Dis-chem store. Our purchases included a pair of expensive shoes "proudly" displayed at 30% off. Above the stack of shoes was a board with the pictures of the shoes and normal price and the discounted price. The pair my wife chose was discounted to R301 . Our purchases excluding the shoes was quite substantial. When the shoes were scanned, it came R332 not R301. I brought this to the attention of the cashier, who called Jean. We had to wait about 5min for her to come. She she finally came and re-scanned the box & and casually stated that R332 was the price and there was nothing she could do - I told her she could go to the stand and verify the picture, code and box - which she unhappily did with with my wife following - she returned 15 minutes later to tell me that the box was mixed up - re-scanned again - wrong price - she goes away again - we wait another 10 minutes - another "loud supervisor" arrives with calculator in hand & proceeds to give me maths lesson. 30 minutes on - we we too disgusted with the attitude and poor training - we just left - Westwood catch a wake up. Should be on your cameras - till no. 2
