What a great Shop

I live in Bfn and shop at Northridge PnP. What a shop. The managers - Sydwell, Stiaan, Eric - are always there to assist, source products etc. Managers such as Jane and Tsidi are quick to come and greet regular customers with a smile, hug or a joke. Tellers such as Reeva are always smiling, no matter how long the day has been. The regional Manager - Hugo - has not forgotten his roots and when in the Free State or in the shop at Northridge, he is still "cute" enough to help clients who are looking for something on a shelf, even though he is only in the shop to do monthly inspections.

What a team. It is one of the few shops where I actually look forward to spend my hard earned money. You walk away EACH TIME, with a smile on your face not caring about the money you had just spent.

Keep it up PnP. You have lifted your range of F&V to a level that surpasses people like WW and F&V City.
