Tuesday 13/08/13 I booked a 30min facial R160
I got charged for a 1hr facial R265.00
and actually received only a 45min facial. (Check my card for payment details - appointment was at 10h00 - I paid at 10:45)

I got treated with a face wash. steam a soft laser a mask and moisturizer.
What did I get? 30min or 1hr session?
