Appaling treatment with false statements

I have NEVER submitted a written a complaint to any firm before so this illustrates how appalled I am at the level of service and down right devious statements made by the buying staff at Cash Converters. I went in there today to get a cash advance for a brand new Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 model GT-N8000. Without even looking properly at the product the purchaser said I can advance you R1500 at a buy back of R1888 at the end of 30 days. I said "seriuosly what can you offer" That's when the manager got involved stating that he would be lucky to sell it at R3000 if I didn't come and buy it back. He then said that they only charge 5% interest and the other fees are an initiation fee and monthly service fee trying to say their interest rates are lower than the bank. I will admit that my interest rate at the bank is around 8% BUT that is per annum where their 5% is per month!! I am highly qualified in finance and these attempts to pull the wool over my eyes made me irrate. I then went into the store and saw that they were selling an older Samsung at R5500 which shows he was lying about the R3000 in the first place. I want a reply with the MD and Branch Manager email details to discuss.
