I always tell everyone I know about the exceptional service you guys offer but never really complimented you guys directly. I think its time I did.

Firstly the cooked food at your deli. My word - it always looks and tastes amazing! Then the cleanliness of the premises inside & out, its always a pleasure to walk into a place that is well maintained & looked after. Your staff is very friendly and effecient, maybe 1 or 2 have the odd bad day, but overall, great people to deal with. And this includes the management. Always alert and active, ready to help whenever you need it. Its unfortunate that I didnt get this particular ones name but I recognize him everytime I come into the shop even though he probably wont remember me coz Im sure he helps hundreds of customers each day ;) Anyhow I had asked one of the staff which cut of meat is perfect to make a fillet mignon & he referred me to him. He showed me the exact cut, went on to explain the different cuts, how to cook it, printed different recipes for me to use at home, suggest and showed me the exact wine to go with it! The guys at the bottle store, the bakery & the cheese lady.. all extremely helpful and friendly.
