NO Customer service!!!

Makro do you know the word service and the biggest joke is that it is the SERVICE DEP with no service!!! I did an application and they ask date for dt -order saying not the 8/9/10 of the month so I make it around the 11. So they came back telling me but dt-order the 1st of the month???
Asking them why they or what ever (NO NAME) why then not. It (THE GHOST AT MAKRO) telling me that cut-off is the 7 of the month for payments. So I asked make it the 7 of the month (after sending them the email X2). It came back and said I must first activate account before changing dt-order??? WOW this is a joke Why not do it from the start!!! SERVICE NONE!!!
