BLACKLISTED AND NOT BEEN TAKEN OF ITC-DEBT SETTLED

I am so tired of trying to sort out this problem with a blacklisting and ive paid ages ago!!! i speak to everyone and they say it is in the process of being done, but NOTHING happens. i have even spent so much money on phoning to find out about the removal of my listing as the debt is paid!!! How disgusting i have to fight after i have settled the debt!!!
