FED-UP OF CLOVER AND THEIR CLAIMS!

I am so frustrated with Clover! I bought Saverite Supermarket, and have been calling Clover, over, and over again to please send out their reps, as I need to claim expired stock, I was assigned a "REP" - Darryl (whom I never met), I have called over, and over, and they just keep, telling me to call someone else (mangers) whom all promise to come out, but to no avail. I am tired of excuses, and I'm tired of phoning, and speaking to this, and that person. I run a company and a supermarket and if someone doesn't do their job the company gets a bad reputation! How long am I suppose to keep the stock here, until the whole Supermarket STINKS!!! I heard from the previous owner that apparently this is not the 1st time, they had a credit note of R45 000.00 because, the rep only came once in about 8months! The rep never came to meet me, or give me new pricelist on new stock, and claim expired stock, how am I suppose to support you? When are you going to do your jobs? This is very bad service!!!
