PAYMENT DONE 3 WEEKS AGO, STILL LISTING ME

Your text messages to writer dated 10, 13 and 15 July 2013 refers.
The text messages referred to above were demands for payment, the last of which also stated that writer has been listed as a "slow payer". Kindly note that payment was made by writer on the 2nd of July 2013 in the amount of R990.00 at Edgars Colonnade Shopping Centre, Pretoria. Attached here to find a copy of the proof of payment.
Kindly note that writer attended Edgars Colonnade on the 10th and 15th instant in order to provide them the attached proof of payment to enable them to allocate the payment (done 2 (two) weeks ago), but to no avail.
Kindly take note that your actions in listing writer as a slow payer are mala fide.
You are hereby notified that you are to immediately rectify your records and transmit to writer a written confirmation that you have done so.

Kindly take notice that should you not revert to our satisfaction by close of business 18 July 2013, we will, in addition to any other remedy afforded to us by law, proceed with:

1. A referral to the National Credit Regulator and/or any other statutory body having jurisdiction over this dispute;
2. An application to compel you to correct your records
