On 27 June, I reported my dissatisfaction about specials that are out of stock. (sugar and milk) I received an e-mail from Glenda stating that my query will be dealt with within 7 working days. Gave ref. No. CC130627016 After 7 working days I asked informed her that I had not received a response yet.

Received e-mail back to say that Theresa Jonker is now handling it. Now I see why the branched do not have stock from head office. If it takes so long to come back to a customer. This is bad service and what is the use of advertising if you cannot supply? Or is this just to get people to the store?
