Riaan has the worst attitude in retail

2weeks ago, i bought milk from olivedale spa. The milk i bought turned out to be brown. I then returned it on the same day and a lady manager tested all containers and found the milk to be brown in colour. She then sent me to a manager by the name of Riaan who gave me such a bad attitude and told me that he was not resposible for the supplies milk and that he cannot check each and every bottle that came in. I then explained to him that i did not expect him to check every bottle all i wanted was for him to take responsibility and contact the supplier on my behalf. He said that i should come back later to collect a voucher. Unfortunatly i have been on holiday with my kids so i went to the spa today and was greeted by the same lady manager, who then went to speak to Riaan. Riaan responded to say that he had no memory of such an incident and that i should leave. So fine, i have now left my spa of many years and will go to bellairs spa. Riaan is the worst manager by FAR!!!
