Ochester is the worst company i have ever dealt with, they have no customer service at all, it took me 12 weeks to get what was purchased and within two months the chair is no broken, the springs snapped into two going throught the chair... i was promised that the chair would be replaced and i could collect on the 17 june, its know 9 july and im still getting answers... chair was giving in on the 2 june " where is the customer service in this country"
