It only takes 1 person to ruin a companies rep

A while ago I complimented Clover on a fantastic product and was quickly contacted for a free hamper by Charlene. Needles to say, I was stoked. However, Charlene has gone M.I.A. since initially contacting me for the delivery of said hamper.

I have mailed her on numerous occasions since June 3rd and to date have not heard a single thing back.

I was really impressive with Clover, but that image has now been dragged through the mud.
