I was not entirely satisfied with the Harman Kardon AVR 265 compatibility with my components. after consulting with the importer of Harman Kardon South Africa, my Harman Kardon AVR 265 was exchanged for the newer model Harman Kardon AVR 270. This has satisfied all my requirements and resolved all problems. The manager Johan had kept me informed at all times of any changes and possible solutions towards my problem. When it became apparent that there seemed to be no other solution a newer model was offered to me and even the options to change product name at a discounted price.

Artic Digital also sent out Shaun an technician on three different occasions to resolve my problems. Shaun had conducted himself very professionally at all times and was very helpful in answering different aspects of home theater questions i had.
