My Cell Phone is damaged

Hi, i bought a cell phone in march this year at Edgars, it was Nokia 302 at R1300. but in may i was robbed but i managed to claim it back from the insurance. now it accidentally fell down and the screen is damaged. i want to know if my second claim will be approved and if i can have my phone repaired.
