Very disappoint with your misleading letters you send to client with regards to opening accounts, how do you send a letter to a person with a card inclosed for an account and say "please call to activate card" and when you do call you are still taken through the whole application process and the application ends up been rejected. Why are you misleading consumers and let them go through the whole process for you to decline the application and in process making dent to the ITC score. totally not pleased with your diong and i would like to get feedback from you.
