It has to be company policy

On numerous occasions I have complained on this forum about cashiers ringing up extra plastic bags. Every time somebody phones with some wonderful story and a million excuses. Well, I don't believe it anymore. It is the easiest profit available. How many times don't I check my slip? So if I do check it, like tonight, and find an extra bag, despite all the wonderful words. Then I have to say: This is company policy, else they would have stopped a longgggg time ago.
