VERY DISAPPOINTED

I have been using Pampers ever since my son was born, He is now 19 months old. I bought a pack of Pampers nappies as usual and it came with loose tying thingy and it just doesnt close properly and makes a leak, he is constantly wet and i have been using Pampers ever since and I am very disappointed.
