I am utterly and completely gutted by the way I have been treated ever since I submitted documentation to notify edgars that I have been retrenched in December 2012.
I've always been diligent and a active customer of the economy group. Unfortunately I was retrenched and it left me unable to pay the account as I did before. I always paid my insurance (account protection). Everything that I was suppose to do I did I even have a receipt and acknowledgement from edgars that I did follow the process.
Now I am receiving threatening calls from the debt collectors and letters saying they will be forwarding my details for legal proceedings because of non payment bearing in mind I followed the process.
I am at my peak and is effecting my lively hood now.
I am disappointed at the lack of customer care I have experienced.
Never will I again deal with edgars after this is resolved.
