Not getting paid for stocktake

Hi find a company like AFGRI can do better when it comes to stocktaking regarding farm city stocktake You cant let employees work till 2am in the morning without getting paid even if its stocktake. I wonder do they can get away with it. working normal business hours and still after 6 . This not in the basic conditions of employment act. I suggest you better agreed to more decent hours as some of them has family aswell.
